Georgina is a London-based art historian whose curiosity, academic rigour, and fresh outlook complement the founder's lifelong collecting eye. Immersed in some of Europe's most respected artistic and cultural institutions, she brings scholarly research and a curatorial perspective to the collection, helping present European artistic heritage in a way that is accessible and meaningful to a new generation of collectors in China.

Based in Shanghai, Sahra acts as a vital link between Europe and China, ensuring that the collection finds its place and audience on the Chinese market. Working alongside the various contributors to the project, she supports the many initiatives that bring the collection from Europe to China and help make it accessible to collectors and art enthusiasts. By fostering connections between people, cultures, and expertise, she contributes significantly to building a bridge between European artistic heritage and a new generation of collectors in China.

A painter himself and a keen observer of artistic techniques, Frédéric has developed a sensitive eye for composition, color, materials, and condition. He assists in the evaluation and preparation of artworks before they join the collection, ensuring that each painting is presented with respect for its history, character, and originality. Living in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue in the heart of Provence — renowned for its antique markets and artistic community — he has fostered relationships with restorers who now work closely with the Hougai Tang collection.

Armelle Demongeot is a professionally trained conservator and restorer of paintings, specializing in easel paintings from the 15th to the early 20th century. A graduate of the École des Beaux-Arts d'Avignon (State Diploma, 1999), she founded her own conservation studio, A.R.C.A.D. For more than two decades she has conserved artworks on canvas, wood, and copper. At Hougai Tang she contributes to the assessment, preservation, and presentation of selected artworks.

Trained in fine arts and art history, including studies at the Louvre School, Chantal developed a deep understanding of painting techniques from the Renaissance to the contemporary period. She devoted many years to the conservation and restoration of paintings in Paris, including work associated with Notre-Dame de Paris. Today she advises Hougai Tang on the condition, preservation, and presentation of selected artworks.
